Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Administrator
Candace Cattaneo is the visionary founder behind RNC Haven LLC and serves as the organization’s Administrator and Chief Executive Officer. Inspired by her family’s personal journey navigating care systems and advocacy, Candace created RNC Haven with the mission of building residential communities where individuals are treated with respect, compassion, and individualized support.
She oversees overall program development, licensing compliance, operations, strategic planning, team leadership, and partnerships with regional centers and community organizations. Candace is deeply committed to creating homes that blend high-quality care with warmth, structure, and a true sense of belonging.
Jennifer Gimlen
House Manager & Director of Residential Operations
Jennifer Gimlen serves as both House Manager and Director of Residential Operations, playing a critical role in the day-to-day success and long-term scalability of RNC Haven LLC. Jennifer oversees residential staff support, daily program coordination, resident-centered care implementation, scheduling oversight, and household operations.
Her leadership helps ensure that each home maintains a safe, structured, and nurturing environment while supporting consistency for residents and staff alike. As RNC Haven grows, Jennifer will also help guide operational systems, staff training development, and multi-home residential expansion strategies.
Dani Doloroso
Director of Property Acquisition & Business Development
Dani Doloroso leads property acquisition strategy and business development initiatives for RNC Haven LLC. Dani focuses on identifying growth opportunities, evaluating future residential properties, fostering community partnerships, and supporting the organization’s long-term expansion vision.
Her role includes assisting with strategic planning, relationship building, market research, and identifying opportunities that align with RNC Haven’s mission of developing high-quality residential care environments within the community.
Rhyan Vargas
Strategic Technology Advisor
Rhyan Vargas serves as Strategic Technology Advisor for RNC Haven LLC, supporting the organization’s long-term technology infrastructure, operational systems, and digital growth initiatives.
